If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?
Max is a pretty smart ninety-pound BullyPit ESA. I am very obligated towards him, as his understanding is so human like it is eery. Max understands so good, when the cattle come up to the electric fence, he approaches them in a manner of apprehension. Talk about moments of grandeur. Max likes to let me know he is ten-foot tall and bullet proof. So I’ll say, “Them cows won’t mess with us now, Maxi.” Then Max starts getting cocky. And, uses the attention that I give to him, to prepare himself for another cool winter nap. Getting Maxi to understand the “teeth” that the vegetarian cows have are sometimes placed on the fence, by the cows to bite him. By his principles. This type of imagination is the only way to get Max to understand the cows bites are worse than his bark. And, electric fences can hurt my three-year old baby.
