Physically helping the ones that are unable to help themselves.  When I know from the power of G-d.  He will heal the diseased through his son, our Messiah. From our hands he works.

To know the goodness in our hearts, and to be able to help a person everyday who enjoys having another person asking if they can honestly help. In doing so, we know how our health cannot be bought with money, of any denomination. Ah-men.
