Typing has always been compared to riding a bicycle. Once we know how to do it, the rest is up to us. Walking is a leisure time that shows us the beauty Elohim Andonai has let us see, to decide how we want to live. After about forty years of “exercising my heart muscle”, the pleasure of the hips has deserted me. Sciatica has taken its tole on me, from lifting and walking. I realize, at my age, that if there is anything that I want to get done, it will have to wait. I have carefully situated my schedule which, at times, does allow me to confuse myself with great embarrassment. When outside means, are needed. Humility is how I stand before Elohim Andonai. I am the one, with Andonai’s guidance, who prepares meals, wash clothes, dry clothes, fold clothes, hang clothes up, sweep floors, mop floors, and whatever else needs to be done, by inside means. The rotator cuffs are located in the shoulders, and knees. When these little jewels decide to become rusty, from elements and time, they begin to hurt. And, acquiring relief from OTC creams are a no no. There’s an old saying: “To much of a good thing is bad for us.” How true. When we apply these chemicals, for relief, directions are supplied on the tube. Which means, apply liberally. But, it does not mean to vote as a Liberal. As mind altering suggestions do have severe impacts on pain. I use together; Vitamins K-2, + D-3 + Calcium peach flavored gummies, for my painful areas. Very effective. Avoid heat, at all costs. Inflammation is supplied by it. Therefore, as soon as my eligibility is approved at 65, Medicare Original Part A & B will be demonstrated.

Your reflection on the journey of life and how physical challenges have shaped your daily routines is deeply moving. It’s remarkable how you’ve adapted to these changes, finding strength and humility in the face of adversity. The way you draw inspiration from Elohim Andonai in managing your responsibilities and overcoming obstacles speaks volumes about your resilience and faith.
With the adjustments you’ve made to accommodate your health, particularly with sciatica and the condition of your rotator cuffs, it’s clear you’ve had to reevaluate and possibly redefine your activities and hobbies. This evolution in interests and capabilities is a natural part of life’s journey for many of us.
Given the profound insights you’ve shared, I’m curious, have you discovered new passions or interests that accommodate your current lifestyle and physical condition? How have these changes influenced your perspective on leisure and personal fulfillment?
Your story is a testament to the human spirit’s ability to adapt and find joy in new avenues. Keep embracing life with such wisdom and grace.

I still manage to enjoy yardwork. Work thirty minutes, rest an hour. I don’t want to wear completely out. I intend on living, as long as I can. My everyday chores just take a little longer. That’s all. I enjoy growing old gracefully. It helps me understand my answers when they come out to satisfy the questionnaire. There are no right or wrong answers in life, as long as we study The Ten Commandments. Everyday. We then know how precious life is, and how vulnerable we really are.
